PCI modem driver version 6.02.05 and NetWaiting Modem-on-Hold application version 2.55 for use with the ACCURA V.92 PCI Softmodem Model 15530. After extracting this file, run Setup.exe from the newly created "V.92 PCI Softmodem" folder to launch the InstallShield Wizard. This setup supports Windows 95/98/98SE/Me/2000/XP.

You must remove any previously installed modem drivers and NetWaiting Modem-on-Hold applications. This can be done via Control Panel > Add or Remove Programs.
