Model H08-15357, H08-15357-A, H08-15357-C, and 08-15357-72C

Please Note: The modem's serial number is the best way to find the correct support files. The serial number is located on the box the modem came in as well as on a white sticker near the phone jacks (on the back bracket) and uses any of the following formats, and note the corresponding model number:

xxxx-H08-15357-xxxx	= Model H08-15357, uses Agere (Lucent) chipset
xxxx-H08-15357-A-xxxx	= Model H08-15357-A, uses Agere (Lucent) chipset
xxxx-(H)08-15357-xxC-xxxx	= Model (H)08-15357-xxC, uses Conexant chipset

The files for Models H08-15357 and H08-15357-A will not work with Models H08-15357-C and 08-15357-72C, and vice versa. So please be sure to download the correct files for your modem!

Windows Vista 32 – Driver Version 173.047

Windows Vista 32-bit (.exe file)
This driver supports WINDOWS VISTA 32-BIT systems only. After extracting this file, open the newly created "V92PCI_Setup32_173047" folder and refer to the ReadMe PDF document for installation instructions.
Note: The V.92 Modem-on-Hold feature is not supported.

Windows Vista 64 – Driver Version 173.047

Windows Vista 64-bit (.exe file)
This driver supports WINDOWS VISTA 64-BIT systems only. After extracting this file, open the newly created "V92PCI_Setup64_173047" folder and refer to the ReadMe PDF document for installation instructions.
Note: The V.92 Modem-on-Hold feature is not supported.

Windows 98 / 98SE / 2000 / XP (but not 95 or ME):

15357C Windows 98/98SE/2000/XP driver (.exe file)
This self-extracting file contains PCI modem driver version 173.028 and NetWaiting Modem-on-Hold application version 2.55 for use with the ACCURA V.92 PCI ('C' model). After extracting this file, run Setup.exe from the newly created "Hayes ACCURA V.92 PCI" folder to launch the InstallShield Wizard. This installer supports Windows 98/98SE/2000/XP (but not 95 or ME). This is the same installer included on Hayes CD PN: 289-00146-A.

Windows 95 and Me only:

15357C Windows 95/ME driver (.exe file)
This self-extracting file contains PCI modem driver version 172.059 and NetWaiting Modem-on-Hold application version 2.05a for use with the ACCURA V.92 PCI ('C' model). After extracting this file, run Setup.exe from the newly created "Hayes ACCURA V.92 PCI v59 Driver Setup" folder to launch the InstallShield Wizard. This installer supports Windows 95 and ME only.

Note: To determine the current driver version of your modem, open a terminal program such as HyperTerminal and select the modem name/type or the port assigned to the modem. Then type the command ATI3 (or ati3) and press Return. The result will be "212.172.059.000" if the driver version is the latest.

Model H08-15357 and H08-15357-A

Device driver v8.12 and Modem-On-Hold v1.59 (Current Code - Version 8.12 Upgrade) (.exe file) self-extracting for our ACCURA V.92 PCI Models H08-15357 and H08-15357-A. This file is for use with Windows 95, 98, Me, NT 4.0, 2000 and XP. After extracting/opening this file, run Setup.exe from the newly created "Hayes ACCURA V.92 PCI v8.12 Upgrade" folder to begin the installation.*

*Please Note: You need to have installed the v8.10 H08-15357.exe or v8.0x driver before installing the v8.12 driver.

The v8.12 driver will NOT fit onto floppy disks. We suggest you download the v8.10 driver files onto floppy disks 1 | 2 | 3 and then transport them into the target computer (where the ACCURA PCI V.92 modem is installed). Install the v8.10 driver by copying and self-extracting the files on the desktop, then download and install the v8.12 driver.

Device driver v8.10 (Previous Code - Version 8.10) (.exe file) (self-extracting) for our ACCURA V.92 PCI Models H08-15357 and H08-15357-A. This file is for use with Windows 95, 98, Me, NT 4.0, 2000 and XP. This is the same driver that shipped on Hayes CD PN: 289-00053-A. After self-extracting (double-clicking) this file, run Setup.exe from the newly created "Hayes ACCURA V.92 PCI" folder to begin the installation.

Also available as floppy-sized segments: 1 | 2 | 3

Note: These segments must be copied to and self-extracted on the desktop, where a folder containing 23 files will be created. Run Setup.exe to begin the InstallShield.
