Update The
latest firmware update for your modem is version 052099.
This
is the
firmware
that shipped with modems containing "H08-03328-A" in
the serial number, located under the barcode on the
bottom label.
If your modem's serial contains "H08-03328" (with
no "A"), click here to
obtain the v052099 flash file.
If your modem's serial
number begins with an "A" or does not contain "H08",
visit the the Hayes Legacy Support page
for upgrade information.
Note: To determine the current firmware version
of your modem, open a terminal program such as HyperTerminal
and select the modem name/type or the port assigned
to the modem. Then type the command ATI3 (or ati3)
and press Return. |
