After extracting this file, open the newly created 'Hayes_V92PCISoft_Setup' folder and refer to the ReadMe document for installation instructions. Note: The Modem-on-Hold feature is not supported.
	Windows 98SE/Me/2000/XP (.exe file) Size: 7.4 MB 03/14/07 This self-extracting file contains PCI modem software version 7.60.00 for use with Windows 98SE/Me/2000/XP. It includes the modem driver as well as the NetWaiting Modem-on-Hold application. (Note: This is the same version of the software that is on the installation disc.)
