Contacting Hayes’ Support Center

Hayes’ primary company-owned end-user support center is in Boston, Massachusetts in the US. Support for our worldwide customers is available from this center. Hayes’ resellers and distributors are also good sources of support.

Except for holidays and emergencies (such as hurricanes), this office is open from 6:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. Eastern time Monday through Friday. (The Eastern Time Zone is the same one used for New York City. When it’s 6 a.m. Eastern Time, it’s normally 11 a.m. in London.)

Phone support is available for Hayes products that are in warranty. Before you call, please take note of your product serial number. The support technician will ask you for this information to ensure proper handing of your call.

Out-of-Warranty product support is available through our product support pages and SmartFacts Customer Assistant. If you cannot find the answer you need, you may send us an e-mail by clicking on the Personal Assistance link below. We will provide e-mail support for products outside of warranty on a best-effort basis. Resolutions are not guaranteed.
