Contacting Hayes’ Support Center

Hayes’ primary company-owned end-user support center is in Boston, Massachusetts in the US. Support for our worldwide customers is available from this center. Hayes’ resellers and distributors are also good sources of support.

Except for holidays and emergencies (such as hurricanes), this office is open from 6:00 a.m. to 10 p.m. Eastern time Monday through Friday, and from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Saturday. (The Eastern Time Zone is the same one used for New York City. When it’s 6 a.m. Eastern Time, it’s normally 11 a.m. in London.)
